Alexus Audio offers a 10-year warranty on components purchased directly through our website at full list price. This warranty reflects our commitment to quality and ensures that our products meet the highest standards.
Warranty Coverage and Restrictions:
- Non-Covered Items: The warranty does not cover vacuum tubes or any circuit boards not manufactured at an Alexus Audio facility.
- Transferability: Our warranty is fully transferable, allowing continued coverage if ownership changes.
- Service Process: Customers are responsible for delivering items TO and FROM Alexus Audio for service. This includes arranging insured shipping both ways, if applicable.
- Documentation: Technical documentation is not provided, and all warranty services are performed exclusively at Alexus Audio facilities.
